Joe has been involved in Virginia’s construction industry for over 12 years. Having grown up in a family business that sold and serviced aggregate processing machinery, as well as paving and earthmoving equipment, Joe has a keen working knowledge of the construction process. Joe knows that the most important components of a job well done are safety, quality, and integrity. These are the principles on which Logan Aggregate Recycling was founded in 2010. From routine maintenance, to production, and sales, Joe is involved in every project with every customer. Joe holds a BA degree in business management from Franklin and Marshall College, as well as an MBA from William and Mary College.

Michelle is a seasoned entrepreneur in the Richmond community. Michelle founded Richmond Balance, a neighborhood fitness facility in Richmond’s historic Shockoe Bottom, in 2006. Michelle renovated and expanded a historic building that currently houses the modern 4,000 + square foot facility, complete with cardio equipment, free weights, instructional studio, and locker rooms. Prior to launching Richmond Balance, Michelle worked for a major financial institution in private equity. Michelle handles the financial and accounting functions of Logan Aggregate Recycling, and also works part time in economic education at the Collegiate School in Richmond. Michelle holds a BBA in finance and a BS in history from James Madson University, an MBA from The American University, and a Maters of Public Health from the University of Virginia.
